Do you have a delivery fee?
Yes. Our delivery fee starts at $35 for standard deliveries and increases with the size of your order and location of your event.
Do you have a set~up fee?
Yes, that fee is included with the delivery fee.
Do I have to pay for take down after my event?
If we have to return for framework or any of our items, there will be a "strike fee" accessed. After hours and before hours will incur additional fees as well.
How much do your balloon columns cost?
Our standard 5ft column with a round 3ft topper starts at $75 and goes up as more embellishments and details are added.
How much does an arch cost?
A few factors go into making sure that you have the best setup for your type of event. Will it be indoor? Will it be outdoor? Will it be behind a table, on a table, or will people be walking through it?
We try to work with every budget, so we are confident that you will find an arch in your price range.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remainder is due 15 days from your event.
What if my event is less than 15 days away?
You will be required to pay in full to secure your slot on our calendar. If your event is less than 7 days way, you may incur rush fees.
