Do you have a delivery fee?
Yes. Our delivery fee varies with the size of your order and location of your event.
Do you have a set~up fee?
Yes, this includes any special rigging or framing that we may need for your event.
Do I have to pay for take down after my event?
If we have to return for framework or any of our items, there will be a "strike fee" / "breakdown fee" accessed. After hours and before hours will incur additional charges as well.
How much do your balloon columns cost?
Our standard 5ft column with a round 3ft topper starts at $85 and increases as more embellishments and details are added.
How much does an arch cost?
A few factors go into making sure that you have the best setup for your type of event. Will it be indoor? Will it be outdoor? Will it be behind a table, on a table, or will people be walking through it? These are some of the questions that we need answered for pricing our arches.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking, and the remainder is due 15 days from your event.
What if my event is less than 15 days away?
You will be required to pay in full to secure your slot on our calendar. You may also incur rush fees, depending on the size of the order.
How much is your rush fee?
The fee is determined by what theme you have chosen and how much it will cost to get your items here for when you need them.
